Laura's path to photography began in her 30s, when she picked up a camera and discovered a natural gift for seeing people — beautifully, honestly, and at their very best. Now rooted in Charleston after growing up along the California central coast, she brings a grounded, calming presence to every wedding day and an intuitive talent for drawing out genuine emotion. As our digital specialist and resident people-person, Laura has a rare ability to make anyone feel at ease in front of a lens — guiding couples through posing with such a light touch that the results never look posed at all. Outside of sessions, you'll find her transforming another corner of the house, cheering on her San Francisco 49ers, tending to her backyard hens, or mapping out the next getaway. Rachel is the founder and the spark behind our photography journey — an editorial-minded romantic with a sharp eye for composition, light, and the kind of imagery that stops you mid-scroll. She began photographing celebrations as a teenager and has spent her career refining a fashion-forward approach that feels modern, intentional, and deeply personal. A devoted film photographer, Rachel believes analog captures something digital simply can't — warmth, grain, and a timelessness that makes images feel like they were always meant to be framed. A traveler at heart and forever chasing beautiful light, she brings an intuitive sense of styling to every experience (think personal-stylist energy, but effortless), a love for clean design, and the belief that the most luxurious images are the ones that feel real.
