HEY THERE! WE'RE
our story
Mother-Daughter Wedding Photographers, Educators, Believers, Chick-Fil-A Lovers,
Southern Hearted, & Style Obsessed.
Our wanderlust hearts have taken us all over the country, capturing love stories, and visiting quaint hometown coffee shops along the way, and even though we've spent most of our lives in a nautical California town, we now call South Carolina home, expanding to the low country of Charleston.

Carmel Valley Bernardus Lodge Wedding | The ceremony and dinner took place in the Bernardus Lodge famous rose garden, cocktail hour along the crocket lawn, dinner beneath the stars, and the night ended with dancing in the ballroom. Everything was absolute perfection! Manicured lawns, massive floral blooms, cascading mountains, and vineyards as far as the eye could see.

Charleston Bridal Session | Filmy. Classic. Iconic. The words we were trying to construe throughout this session. There is something about Charleston that just softly shouts, timeless beauty. Through its historic architecture, ancient tree groves, and cobblestone streets, it resonates through its weddings. There is something about Charleston that is truly magical.

Clay and Jessie traveled all the way from Chicago, planning a week on Kiawah Island for their babymoon. While in the area, we had planned a beautiful maternity session downtown Charleston, but Clay had a different idea and wanted to propose!

We ventured to the downtown Charleston historic district, where driveways look like paths to castles, with cobblestone and bricks for as far as the eye could see. We walked the few blocks to the oceanfront, where these two danced along the docks, swaying to the sound of waves, muffled by passing yachts as they entered the marina. For a moment in between camera clicks, we closed our eyes just to take it all in.

Working alongside the ladies of Coastside Couture and the amazing Seascape Flowers, we knew every detail of this wedding had been thought of, and this day flowed as if you were turning the pages of a novel. The girls laughing and popping champagne, while the guys we’re being guys, sharing stories of growing up and collage days.
