Mikaela and Mitchell's engagement session was the kind that starts in one world and ends in another. We began in the heart of the French Quarter, capturing them on both digital and film, then made our way out to Hampton Park as the light softened and everything slowed down. Two locations, two formats, one couple completely at ease in all of it. It was the perfect preview of what was to come — because not long after, we had the honor of photographing their wedding day at Magnolia Plantation.
