Charleston Honeymoon Portrait Session | What an amazing gift idea! Meghan and Chandler had been married the day before this session, flew into Charleston, spent their first day as husband and wife exploring downtown Charleston, before meeting us for a sunset portrait session. This was thanks to Meghan’s mom, who had contacted us weeks prior, that they would be visiting the low country and she would like nothing more than to gift them with a Charleston honeymoon portrait session. What a gem!
For starters, Chandler, you’re a trooper! Ladies, the day after his wedding where they had already taken hours of portraits, was sleep deprived and needing some rest and relaxation, but would do anything to make his bride smile. We totally think honeymoon sessions must become a thing! Seriously! What a way to remember your honeymoon by spending an hour with a photographer who knows the area and can capture the true essence of your surroundings. I think it’s a genius idea and wish everyone would do this!
We spent the the afternoon walking Rainbow Row, slow dancing in cobblestone alleyways, and cuddling along The Battery as the sun was setting. A perfect ended to day one of forever. Congratulations Chandler and Meghan! You two are absolutely adorable and we loved the time we got to spend together! See you next time you’re in Charleston!
We found blooms! You know we had to stop.
Meghan, you’re glowing!
What a perfect ending to an amazing day!
