Wild Dunes Resort Wedding | If you could go anywhere in the world and get married, where would you go? That’s actually what a lot couples planning to get married are thinking these days thanks to COVID. A lot of 2020 couples who were planning a grand affair and couldn’t because of reschedule after reschedule, have decided to elope and use their wedding budget to travel to some far destination.

Nick and Christina decided to wait it out. Having been together for eight years, engaged for two, decided to play their cards and keep their original date of May 2021 and just hope the world is open again by then. Well they should go to Vegas because they’re in luck! This was one of our first large weddings in over a year!

Originally from Chicago, now calling Arizona home while they’re both in med school, choose the perfect venue! Christina having vacationed here as a child, knew this was the place. A Wild Dunes Resort wedding is a dream for photographers, especially when the couple uses the timeline we created for them! Everything outdoors, tons of natural light, the pastel colors of Charleston, palmetto tree backdrops, and the ocean just steps away.

We met Christina and all the girls that morning at the resort after we had explored the entire resort, finding the most perfect locations for portraits. A house filled with with blooming hydrangeas across the street…. yes please! Once Christina was ready, we walked her where we had Nick tucked away for the first look. I’m not crying, you’re crying! It was the most perfect moment. From that second, the entire day flew by. Couples portraits around the resort, a gorgeous ceremony, a party of a reception, and ending with husband and wife portraits along the beach. A perfect wedding from beginning to end!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ “Aside from the absolutely stunning photos Laura and Rachel captured, the thing that stood out the most to me was the professionalism and strong communication through the whole wedding planning process.
