A Bernardus Lodge Wedding. There is no other place you would rather spend your late summer days than in Carmel Valley. Just miles from the coast, tucked between the rolling mountains, where it’s always warm, yet afternoons have that cool ocean breeze. The grapes from the vineyards have been harvested leaving a sweetness in the air and the leaves are just starting to turn to vibrant yellows and oranges. There is no wonder why brides flock to get married along this valley!

We had met Victorya and Dane the year before, and as they were explaining what they envisioned for their wedding day, we were already excited counting down the days! You may remember them from their dreamy engagement session! She slipped us a photo of her gown while Dane looked the other way (talk about details!), it was just stunning! The dress pared up with her Badgley Mischka heels, getting to work our first wedding with Vo Floral Design (talk about us being excited!!!), all taking place at the gorgeous Bernardus Lodge, we were in heaven!

We arrived to an elaborate table of details, florals already in the room (every photographers dream!), and girls in matching robes. We popped champagne and toasted to the bride, and once Victorya was in her gown, walked her to where her and Dane shared the sweetest of first looks. Next we knew they were sharing their first kiss as Mr. and Mrs., the light in Carmel Valley was so perfect for couples portraits, and then the celebration began! What a perfect day from beginning to end! Congratulations Dane and Victorya!!!
